fein meaning slang has two personalities: at times trendy, at times troublesome. Although teenagers can use it to convey excitement or great desire (I'm starving to have pizza), its origins can be traced back to the addiction language. This two-sidedness complicates the safe usage of kids on the internet. Children are supposed to be made to realize that context can be misleading and use of trendy words with no knowledge of the background can lead to misunderstanding. Promotion of awareness and conscious speech would help prevent accidental abuse of digital or social communication with kids.
